Alice and I made apple sauce with the trusty Blend Tec - it became very finely pureed apple sauce for baby food in about 5 seconds! We used all the apples from the little tree outside and it tastes delicious. The freezer is now full of sweet little jars.
Will It Blend? Yes, very quickly.
