And it was the coldest event of the month! Fingers outside of gloves to take pictures were stiff with cold.
ReplyDeleteHello! We are envious of your southern decampment! New Orleans is one of our favorite cities. In fact, we take the whole family, grandma included, one the Amtrak sleeper car to Mardi Gras every other year (the week before Fat Tuesday, before the crazies come). Unfortunately, this is our off year. :( We enjoyed your letter very much. I didn't save your NOLA address from the envelope.
